Hybrid IT Service Desk Analyst - 1st Line Support

GPC Asia Pacific is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first-level IT support for our network across Australia, New Zealand and SE Asia. This full-time onsite role is based in Rowville with a hybrid option (2 days WFH, 3 days in office).

Reporting to the IT Service Desk Manager, you will handle incidents, document resolutions, follow ITIL practices and escalate when necessary to restore services quickly.
