The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Handle a variety of automotive challenges, from simple fixes to complex fault-finding.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, starting and ending your day at home.
• Work demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• The ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure.
