Title: Business Systems Analyst VII
Location: Buffalo, NY (4 days onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract (Potential Extension)
Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with 10+ years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation and software implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Commercial Banking/Commercial Lending, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, Agile delivery, system integrations, defect management, and enterprise platform implementations. Experience with AFS Vision, Jira, and Zephyr is highly preferred.
Required Skills:

• 10+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience
• Commercial Banking / Commercial Lending domain experience
• Large-scale system implementation or transformation projects
• Requirements gathering & documentation
• Agile/Scrum environment
• Application integration coordination
• Risk, issue, dependency, and defect management
• Jira and Zephyr
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Preferred Skills:

• AFS Vision
• Lending platform conversions
• Regulatory/Financial Services environment
• Testing coordination and UAT support
