- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong Java and/or C# development experience
- Experience designing and building microservices-based applications
- Strong object-oriented programming and design principles
- Experience developing scalable enterprise applications
- Experience utilizing AI tools within the software development lifecycle
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Personal auto insurance industry experience
- Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Socotra, Stingray, or InsuranceNow
- Cloud platform experience (Azure or AWS)
- API design and integration experience
- CI/CD and DevOps exposure
- Experience modernizing legacy applications
