Location: Columbus, OH Salary: $70.00 USD Hourly - $75.00 USD Hourly Description:
Title: Full Stack developer (JAVA/AWS/AI/REACT)
Location: Columbus, OH (fully onsite) or Wilmington, DE (HYBRID)
Duration: 8-Month Contract to Hire
Openings: 6 (3 OH, 3 DE)
Required Skills

• 4+ years of Full Stack Development experience
• Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
• React, JavaScript
• AWS Cloud & Infrastructure
• Apache Kafka
• SQL/NoSQL Databases
• AI/LLM exposure (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Experience building scalable customer-facing applications

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certification
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting large-scale digital platforms
• Project delivery or execution experience

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications
• Build cloud-native solutions on AWS
• Develop event-driven systems using Kafka
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams
• Support modernization and AI-driven initiatives
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support

Interview Process

• 2 Zoom Interviews (45 mins each)
• Strong candidates may complete a single interview
• Video participation required
