Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Lead / Architect to drive enterprise DevOps and DevSecOps transformation, establish technical standards, and improve software delivery processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise DevOps transformation and standardization initiatives.
• Define DevOps architecture, CI/CD standards, reusable pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Drive integration of GitLab, JFrog, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Support cloud platforms, Kubernetes, automated testing, deployment, and security automation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Cybersecurity, Cloud Engineering, and development teams.
• Track DevOps adoption, delivery performance, and DORA metrics.
• Provide technical leadership, stakeholder management, and guidance on platform engineering best practices.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of technology or software engineering experience.
• Strong experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or platform engineering transformation.
• Knowledge of GitLab, CI/CD, Terraform, AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Working knowledge of JFrog, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Strong architecture, communication, and leadership skills.
