The Role

• Drive new business growth through prospecting, qualification, and closing in an assigned territory.
• Conduct on-site assessments and present facility service programs for businesses.
• Develop tailored proposals and secure multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain accurate client information and activity logs in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a preference for industrial supply or related services.
• A proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage the full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivation, goal-orientation, and a willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
• Enthusiasm for selling essential, in-demand business services.
