Salary: £34,500 - £38,000 per year

Hours: Our standard full-time roles are 37.5 hours per week. However, applications for part-time hours will be considered.

Contract term: Permanent

Job Overview

Are you an experienced Marketing Executive? We are looking for a Senior Marketing & Communications Coordinator, who will play a key role in bringing Palace for Life’s campaigns to life, helping us tell powerful stories and connect more people with the impact of our work.

Working across a diverse range of campaigns, you’ll take the lead on planning, messaging and delivery, collaborating with colleagues across the Foundation to create engaging content that reaches the right audiences through the right channels.

Job Description

  • Develop compelling campaign messaging and create engaging content for digital and print channels that brings Palace for Life's purpose and impact to life;

  • Proactively identify and tell powerful stories that showcase the impact of our work across south London communities;

  • Lead the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, managing timelines, coordinating activity and ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively across the right channels and at the right time;

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and distribute creative content that maximises engagement and reach;

  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, reporting on results, identifying key insights and sharing recommendations to inform future activity;

  • Ensure all marketing and communications activity is delivered in line with the Foundation’s safeguarding policies and procedures, promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults at risk.

Person Specification

  • A passion for telling powerful stories that bring the impact of community-based work to life;

  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt your writing style for different audiences, channels and campaign objectives;

  • Experience leading marketing campaigns from planning through to delivery, with a track record of achieving successful, measurable results;

  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of work;

  • A confident communicator, particularly when working collaboratively to plan campaigns and when creating compelling case studies;

  • Experience using a range of marketing and digital platforms, such as WordPress, email marketing platforms, Salesforce and Google Workspace;

  • Be curious, enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a willingness to get involved across the Foundation.
