We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Five9 Architect with strong expertise in Five9 Contact Center solutions, architecture, and technical design.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Lead Five9 solution architecture and technical design

• Design scalable and reliable contact-center solutions

• Strong hands-on experience with the Five9 platform

• Five9 implementation and integration experience

• IVR and call-flow architecture

• Call routing and queue design

• Five9 APIs and system integrations

• CRM and CTI integrations

• Cloud contact-center architecture

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Lead technical discussions and architecture decisions

• Create and maintain technical architecture documentation

A senior-level professional who can independently lead Five9 architecture, solution design, integrations, and technical implementation for enterprise contact-center environments.
