Java Full Stack Lead (Tech Lead)

Role: Java with ReactJS (Onsite)

Job Description:
Experience or knowledge on BI and reporting tools such as MicroStrategy (MSTR) and Qlik.
Seeking a Software Development Tech Lead with strong expertise in React-based Front-End Development, solid full-stack engineering capabilities, and proven experience in system design, technical leadership, and client engagement.
The ideal candidate will lead the design and delivery of scalable web applications, mentor development teams, collaborate directly with business stakeholders, and drive high-quality technical solutions from concept through implementation.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture, design, and development of modern web applications using React, JavaScript, CSS, Node.js, and related technologies.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performing system architectures, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives.
Develop and oversee backend services, APIs, and database integrations to support end-to-end application functionality.
Work closely with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and provide implementation guidance.
Translate complex business needs into intuitive, scalable, and maintainable technology solutions.
Mentor and guide development teams through code reviews, technical design discussions, and best-practice adoption.
Drive engineering excellence by enforcing coding standards, performance optimization, security practices, and quality assurance processes.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that are user-centric, technically robust, and aligned with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience in React Front-End Development and modern web technologies.
Proven experience in system design and application architecture for enterprise-scale solutions.
Good understanding of backend development, API design, database technologies, and full-stack application development.
Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience delivering cloud-native and microservices-based solutions.
Exposure to Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of modern UI/UX principles and application performance optimization.
Experience working with data-driven applications and analytics platforms is a plus.
