Required Skills:
15+ years of overall IT experience
Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop & Tableau Server/Cloud
Advanced SQL and relational database experience
Enterprise dashboard development and interactive data visualization
Data modeling, KPI dashboards, and performance optimization
Business requirements gathering and analytics solution development
Data integration and validation across multiple enterprise systems and data warehouses
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred:
Experience working in government or regulated environments
Experience with workflow analysis, process improvement, and operational reporting
