Job Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
• Perform code reviews and provide technical leadership.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, MuleSoft, and other integration tools.
• Work with DevOps/CI-CD tools such as Gearset or Copado and version control systems.
• Use Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, and other deployment utilities.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather and validate requirements.
• Perform impact analysis, design reviews, and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Handle Salesforce administration tasks including user management, security configuration, data management, automation, and reporting.
• Support deployments across development, testing, and production environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio.
• 5+ years of experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Salesforce APIs, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, Gearset/Copado, Git, and Salesforce deployment processes.
• Experience with Experience Cloud development.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (Grants Management/Public Sector Foundation).
• Experience with data migration and implementing solutions on the Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation platform.

Certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) – Required
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII) – Preferred
