Launch Your Engineering Career in a Hands-On, Technical Industry
We are looking for an
Entry-Level Transformer Sales & Design Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This is a newly created position designed for an engineer who is excited to learn, solve technical problems, work directly with customers, and develop a career in the transformer industry.
No prior transformer industry experience is required.
We will provide hands-on, company-specific training and mentorship to help you learn our products, processes, and industry.
If you have a foundation in electrical engineering and enjoy combining technical design with problem-solving, teamwork, and customer interaction, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do
As part of our engineering team, you will progressively take on responsibilities including:
Learn the fundamentals of transformer design, manufacturing, and the electrical equipment industry through hands-on training and mentorship. Work with experienced engineers to develop a strong understanding of transformer design and application. Design transformers based on customer specifications and project requirements. Create and modify CAD drawings for transformers, components, and related equipment. Assist with testing finished units to verify performance, accuracy, and safety.

Communicate with customers to understand project requirements, answer technical questions, and clarify project scope. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and production teams to develop accurate project quotes. Maintain clear, organized engineering documentation, calculations, design notes, and quote information. Participate in continuous improvement efforts and help solve technical and production-related challenges. Take on additional engineering responsibilities as you develop your skills and knowledge.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field. Recent graduates and candidates with limited professional experience are encouraged to apply
. Fundamental understanding of electrical engineering principles and circuits. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications. Comfortable learning CAD software and new engineering tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organized and detail-oriented approach to engineering work.

Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team. Willingness to learn and develop expertise in a specialized industry. Transformer industry experience is not required. The right candidate will receive training in transformer design, our products, CAD processes, testing procedures, quoting, and other company-specific processes. Why This Position? You will gain experience in

Electrical and transformer design
CAD and technical drawings
Engineering calculations and documentation
Product testing and quality
Customer communication
Technical sales and quoting
Manufacturing and production
Project-based teamwork
You will work alongside experienced members of our engineering team and gradually take on more responsibility as your knowledge and confidence grow. Who Would Be a Good Fit? We're looking for someone who is curious, dependable, willing to learn, and excited to grow as an engineer
. You don't need to know everything on day one.

We are looking for someone with a solid engineering foundation who wants to develop specialized expertise and become a valuable member of our team. If you're an electrical engineering graduate looking for your first engineering opportunity—or an early-career engineer looking for a hands-on role—we'd like to hear from you.
