The Role
• Design, deploy, and support complex network and security architectures within DoD hybrid environments.
• Implement and configure network segmentation and microsegmentation solutions, including SDN, container networking, and virtualization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve intricate network issues, enhancing the security, reliability, and availability of mission-critical systems.
• Develop enterprise-wide infrastructure designs, incorporating Zero Trust principles.
• Act as a trusted advisor on mission-critical projects, leveraging expertise in routing, switching, and various network protocols.
• Contribute to the evolution and deployment of new capabilities and technologies for national defense.
What You'll Need
• 5+ years of experience in network and security architecture design, deployment, and support within DoD hybrid environments, including Zero Trust principles.
• 5+ years of experience implementing network segmentation and microsegmentation solutions (SDN, container networking, virtualization).
• 5+ years of experience documenting network/security architectures and troubleshooting workflows.
• Experience designing enterprise network and cybersecurity solutions in DoD hybrid environments.
• Experience supporting defense programs and Zero Trust initiatives.
• A Secret clearance is required.
