Regional Sales Manager - Plumbing & Heating

Location: Wales & Surrounding Areas (SA, LD, CF, NP, HR & GL)

Working Pattern: Field-Based / Home-Based

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join an established manufacturer within the plumbing and heating industry.

This field-based role offers the opportunity to take ownership of an established territory, develop existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities across Wales and surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for promoting a comprehensive range of domestic heating solutions, including gas and oil boilers, heat pumps and water heaters, working closely with plumbing and heating merchants, installers and other key industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing customer base, maximising sales opportunities across the territory.

  
  
  

• Build strong relationships with plumbing and heating merchants, installers and key industry stakeholders.

  
  
  

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase regional sales and market share.

  
  
  

• Promote domestic heating products, providing technical and commercial advice to customers.

  
  
  

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.

  
  
  

• Develop and implement sales initiatives, promotions and incentives to drive performance.

  
  
  

• Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues to maintain excellent service levels.

  
  
  

About You

The successful candidate will have a strong sales background within the plumbing and heating industry and a proven track record of developing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager or similar within the plumbing and heating sector.

  
  
  

• Strong knowledge of domestic heating systems, particularly gas and oil boilers.

  
  
  

• Experience working with plumbing and heating merchants and installers.
