Princess Polly is seeking an ICT Support Officer to join our busy Head Office on the Gold Coast. You will be the go-to tech expert, providing on-the-ground support for HQ teams, ensuring systems run smoothly and securely, and helping keep our workplace tech cutting edge.

You'll troubleshoot Windows and macOS, support a multi-vendor SaaS ecosystem, manage network and VPN access, and collaborate with vendors and the Global IT team in a fast-paced, agile environment.
