Job Description

Technical Depth

 

* 16+ years of healthcare interoperability or clinical data exchange experience

* Strong hands-on expertise with:

    * FHIR resource modeling and validation

    * REST-based interoperability architectures

    * JSON payload structures and Flat FHIR bulk data exchange

* Experience designing and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines enabling FHIR transformation workflows

* Advanced SQL skills supporting mapping validation and pipeline diagnostics

* Working knowledge of HL7 v2 messaging, C-CDA structures, and enterprise healthcare data models

 

Functional / Domain Expertise

 

* Strong understanding of clinical datasets and interoperability exchange patterns

* Working familiarity with claims, eligibility, and provider datasets within payer–provider exchange environments
