Role: Project Manager

Project management, strong communication The Project Management Analyst supports the planning, coordination, quality assurance, and timely submission of technology initiatives across shared services teams. This role manages weekly meeting materials, agendas, minutes, work plans, runway updates, deliverable and OWP templates, QA checklists, stakeholder communications, and work order submissions. The PMA partners with initiative leads, PMO, and technology leadership to monitor milestones, address submission-date changes, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure deliverables remain on track for approval and submission. In addition, the PMA support release management coordination in a part-time capacity, activities include sending routine communication and tracking releases.
