Job Description

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Location: Minnesota
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Setting: Telehealth / Remote

This remote therapist position is designed for Minnesota-licensed professionals who want to provide high-quality mental health care through a flexible telehealth model. You will support clients in a secure online setting while maintaining clear clinical standards and consistent professional care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote therapy services to clients located in Minnesota
  • Create and update individualized treatment plans
  • Support clients with a variety of mental health and emotional wellness concerns
  • Maintain accurate progress notes and required clinical records
  • Provide care in accordance with ethical and professional guidelines
  • Must hold an active Minnesota license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Psychologist (LP), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
  • Experience providing counseling, psychotherapy, psychological services, or clinical social work
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills
  • Ability to provide consistent care in a remote setting
