Clinical Director — 16-Bed Psychiatric Health Facility

We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead and coordinate the rehabilitation program at our 16-bed Psychiatric Health Facility. This role oversees clinical services, ensures compliance with program policies and procedures, and manages the timely completion of required reports. The Clinical Director supervises program staff, provides in-service training as needed, and ensures each client receives comprehensive mental health services throughout their stay, aligned with the goals and objectives of their individual treatment plan. You will lead the team in delivering coordinated care. Your leadership will support staff development and keep services focused on each client's individual care goals.
