On offer is a secure, permanent position with a highly regarded multi-discipline electrical engineering services business, investing heavily in training and internal progression so you can step up off the tools over time without losing the technical challenge. This is a varied role supporting a growing organisation as they pick up larger contracts across industrial and commercial customers. You'll be developed into a key technical lead, with long-term progression built into the position from day one. You'll work from Kendal and across the local South Lakes / North Lancashire area, liaising with customers, proposing solutions, and delivering installs, commissioning, drawings and compliance documentation around control systems and automation. This role suits a candidate driven by technical progression and structured training into Project Engineering, who wants variety, responsibility and a clear route into higher-level project delivery.

The Role:
