Job Description:

The client is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer / Business Intelligence Developer to design, develop, and maintain internal and public-facing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. The resource will work with business stakeholders to analyze data, improve reporting processes, and establish dashboarding standards.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

• Develop, maintain, and manage dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Server.

\n

• Create and manage Power BI data sources, certification, and data refresh processes.

\n

• Perform data modeling, ETL, and data integration.

\n

• Manage Power BI workspaces, governance, user access, and security.

\n

• Integrate Power BI with Databricks and Microsoft 365.

\n

• Translate functional specifications into technical requirements and solution documents.

\n

• Prepare training documentation and provide knowledge transfer.

\n

Required Skills & Experience

\n

• 7+ years of experience in Power BI development, dashboarding, and reporting.

\n

• 6+ years of experience in data modeling and relationships.

\n

• 5+ years of experience with Power Query and ETL.

\n

• 4+ years of experience in workspace administration and governance.

\n

• 3+ years of experience with Databricks integration.

\n

• 3+ years of experience in user access and security management.

\n

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

• Experience with Microsoft 365 automation and integration.

\n

• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing.

\n

• Previous government or public-sector experience.
