Contract Length: 6 months + high probability of extensions

Project: Introducing of Digital Assets

• Introduce Digital Assets into the bank and is seeking a consultant to help roll out and strategize the implementation of a digital arm. Digital assets include Blockchain, Crypto, Tokenization, digital wallets, etc...

Must Haves:

• 7+ years of experience supporting and delivering digital asset initiatives, ideally within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, tokenization, digital wallets, and related digital asset technologies.
• Experience developing digital asset use cases, evaluating business opportunities, and supporting the implementation of new capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive strategic discussions with senior and executive stakeholders to identify the bank s best point of entry into digital assets and develop a practical roadmap.
• Comfortable challenging assumptions, navigating difficult conversations, and influencing stakeholders to support informed decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex digital asset concepts into clear business recommendations.
• Experience establishing new processes, gathering requirements, and translating strategic objectives into actionable initiatives.
