Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated AI Developer with deep experience building enterprise-grade artificial intelligence solutions. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and can quickly adapt their approach when obstacles arise.
The successful candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging modern foundational model platforms, agentic frameworks, and orchestration tools. This individual must be comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement AI-driven applications and services.
Build and maintain solutions utilizing Amazon Bedrock and Mantel Bedrock environments.
Develop agentic AI workflows using CrewAI, LangChain, and related orchestration frameworks.
Create and optimize AI-powered coding and automation solutions utilizing Codex, Claude Code, and similar technologies.
Deploy and manage local and private AI model environments using Ollama.
Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), APIs, vector databases, and enterprise data sources.
Develop prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based architectures.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve model performance, inference workflows, and deployment pipelines.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to existing platforms and processes.
Document technical designs, implementation approaches, and operational procedures. Required Qualifications
5+ years of software development experience.
2+ years of hands-on experience developing AI/Generative AI solutions.
Strong experience with:
Amazon Bedrock
Mantel Bedrock
Ollama
LangChain
CrewAI
Claude Code
Codex
Proficiency with Python and modern software engineering practices.
Experience building APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
Experience integrating foundation models into enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, vector stores, and agent frameworks.
Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience deploying solutions in AWS cloud environments.
Familiarity with enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance requirements.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of machine learning operationalization (MLOps).
Experience with vector databases and semantic search platforms.
Prior consulting or customer-facing delivery experience.
