Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications and services.
• Build enterprise AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock and related foundation-model platforms.
• Develop Agentic AI and multi-agent workflows using LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, and similar frameworks.
• Develop AI-powered coding and automation solutions using Claude Code and Codex.
• Integrate LLMs, APIs, enterprise data sources, vector databases, and external tools.
• Design and implement RAG, semantic search, embeddings, prompt engineering, and agent-based architectures.
• Develop scalable Python-based APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
• Optimize model inference, latency, token usage, reliability, and cloud costs.
• Build evaluation and monitoring processes to improve AI response quality and reduce hallucinations.
• Implement secure and governed AI solutions aligned with enterprise requirements.
• Use Git, CI/CD, Terraform, and DevOps practices to automate deployment and delivery.
• Troubleshoot AI applications, integration issues, deployment pipelines, and production workloads.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical solutions.
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and business stakeholders
  
  Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Generative AI / AI development experience.
• Strong Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock.
• Experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph.
• Experience developing Agentic AI / Multi-Agent systems.
• Experience with CrewAI or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code and Codex.
• Strong understanding of:

• Experience building REST APIs, FastAPI, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
