The Role • Prospect and qualify new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits. • Conduct on-site assessments and deliver compelling presentations for uniform rental and facility service programs. • Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements with business clients. • Maintain accurate client information and activity logs within the CRM system. • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience. What You'll Need • 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within industrial supply, service industries, or related fields. • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing the full sales cycle. • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivation, a goal-oriented mindset, and a readiness to embrace coaching. • A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle. • Ability to conduct in-person client visits and assessments.
