Job Description

Role: Junior Business Analyst/ Business Relationship Manager (BRM)
Location: Dauphin County, PA hybrid
Duration: 12 Months
Max experience required 3-5 years
Need current residents of Harrisburg, PA only ( 30 -60 mile radius only)
Required Skills:
Experience as a BA, BRM, Project Coordinator, or similar role 3-5 years
Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements 5 years
Experience supporting Agile teams and SDLC processes 5 years
Hands on experience using Azure DevOps or similar work management tools 3 years
Experience coordinating testing activities and supporting UAT 3-5 years
Experience managing project deliverables, milestones, risks, and issues 3 years
Experience facilitating stakeholder communication and alignment across business and IT 5 years
Experience documenting business processes at a high level and supporting clarification of requirements 3-5 years
Experience supporting backlog refinement, user story development, and sprint coordination 3-5 years
