Business Analyst

This is 100% onsite work position based in Tallahassee,FL. Apply only if you are willing to relocate. 

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Work experience can substitute on a year for year basis for the degree.

Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (SCM), Certified Project Manager (CPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) 

 Certified Business Analysis Professional (BAP)

Required Experience:

1.      Solid business/systems analysis experience and software development projects

2.      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint 

3.      Proficiency in core Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts such as entitlements, target aggregations, and certification campaigns 

4.      Experience in public sector compliance frameworks or large-scale ERP transformations, such as the Florida PALM project

5.      Knowledge of Rules 60GG-1 – 60GG-5, Florida Administrative Code, 

6.      Experience with directing and managing project resources 

7.      Knowledge of change and release management 

8.      Experience with Microsoft Power BI 

9.  Experience with Microsoft DevOps 

10.  Experience with SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ)    

Job Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA):

1.      Business Analysis: Ability to perform detailed research, business analysis, as-is and to-be analysis, process modeling. Use of software tools is required and include, but are not limited to, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and SmartDraw. 

2.      System Analysis & Design: Ability to perform System Analysis & Design using a variety of modeling methodologies and techniques. 

3.      Facilitation: Ability to expertly facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.  

4.      Technical Understanding: Technical knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure and software development practices and techniques. 

5.      IAM Expertise: Deep professional experience with Identity & Access Management concepts, including entitlements, target aggregations, and certification campaigns.

6.      Compliance Frameworks: Familiarity with public sector compliance frameworks and large-scale ERP transformations (e.g., Florida PALM).

7.      System Integration: Ability to map functional requirements across complex environments involving ServiceNow (request catalog) and SailPoint (provisioning engine).
