SDET (Automation & AI)

Location: Sunnyvale, California (Partial Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Quality Engineer with a specialization in Automation and AI. This role involves contributing to end-to-end testing initiatives through automation, working closely with partner teams on validation for international markets, and driving complex integration testing efforts. The position requires planning test schedules, executing tests, and providing clear visibility on progress and risks to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Automation Test Suites for in-sprint and end-to-end automation.
• Perform manual testing for in-sprint and end-to-end regression as required.
• Conduct end-to-end regression for all application, CCM, and GQL releases.
• Develop and maintain automation test execution via Looper jobs.
• Configure Sauce Labs to run tests across multiple platforms.
• Integrate Applitools for visual testing within the automation test suite.
• Maintain and update the international library with new functionalities.
• Review pull requests tagged to the international automation team.
• Participate in improving test processes and propose ideas to enhance product quality.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 4+ years of experience in object-oriented design and software development. 4+ years of experience in building responsive, single-page web applications. 4+ years of experience creating and/or consuming RESTful web services.

Technical Skills: A strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript is required. Professional experience with TestCafe is highly preferred; if not available, experience with Playwright is necessary. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of Node.js, GraphQL, CI/CD, and Test Automation. Experience with cloud infrastructure, such as Docker and Kubernetes (K8s), is also required. Expertise with unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD) is expected.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Experience developing custom tool-calling capabilities for agent interaction with external APIs and databases.
