Salesforce Quality Assurance

Salesforce QA and test automation for federal-focused Salesforce implementations, including functional, integration, regression testing, and defect management in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for Salesforce features and customizations
• Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing on Salesforce applications
• Log, track, and help resolve defects using test and defect management tools
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and test data for Salesforce
• Support release readiness through test execution, results reporting, and deployment reviews
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align test coverage with business workflows and requirements
• Maintain Salesforce test environments and continuously improve QA processes
• Stay current on Salesforce releases and assess impacts on testing strategy
