Agile Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager / Program Manager with extensive experience delivering complex programs within the US Healthcare industry.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Program Management experience, with strong preference for candidates who have worked within Pharmacy or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) ecosystems.

This role will lead complex initiatives across security, software engineering and business operations, while coordinating technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful client implementations and compliance-driven delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

• Drive end-to-end execution of complex programs across security, software engineering and business operations teams.
• Establish program plans, milestones, dependencies, deliverables and governance structures.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure delivery remains aligned with business and client objectives.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary bridge between technical engineering/security teams and business stakeholders.
• Manage communication with client-facing teams and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate program meetings, status reviews and executive-level reporting.
• Ensure clear communication of progress, risks, dependencies and decisions.

Milestone & Delivery Management

• Manage rigorous timelines for Federal and State client onboarding.
• Track milestones and dependencies to ensure compliance-related deadlines are met without slippage.
• Monitor project schedules, deliverables and resource dependencies.
• Coordinate large-scale client implementations within complex multi-tenant software environments.

Risk & Issue Management

• Proactively identify project risks, bottlenecks and delivery dependencies.
• Manage cross-functional issues and blockers through resolution.
• Develop mitigation and contingency plans for delivery risks.
• Escalate critical risks and issues appropriately.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of Program / Project Management experience.
• Extensive experience working within the US Healthcare domain.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in:
  • Pharmacy
  • Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
• Strong Agile / Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing complex, large-scale programs.
