About the Company

Key Responsibilities
Support strategic initiatives through business process analysis, process improvement, project coordination, performance management, risk analysis, change management, and stakeholder engagement. Focus on finance-related strategic initiatives and ensure activities are aligned with organizational goals, timelines, and expected outcomes. Analyze current business processes, SOPs, and workflows to identify gaps and inefficiencies. Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, feasibility assessments, and risk analysis. Recommend process, system, and operational improvements.

Support planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of strategic initiatives. Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, action items, and deliverables. Coordinate with stakeholders, initiative leads, and sponsors to ensure alignment. Identify and track risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies. Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, reports, and performance metrics. Support change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption activities. Develop process documentation, SOPs, reports, recommendations, and implementation materials.

Facilitate meetings, workshops, and cross-functional discussions. Communicate findings, recommendations, risks, and decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
