Role Overview:

Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring products and processes meet business, regulatory, and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product discovery and define product goals, strategy, and roadmap.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the product decision authority and manage stakeholder expectations and trade-offs.
• Partner with BAs, developers, testers, architects, UX, and other Agile teams.
• Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint/release planning, and dependency management.
• Review delivered features, approve story cards and defect fixes, and provide final production signoff.
• Track product metrics, adoption, quality, customer impact, and business value.
• Drive product, customer experience, and process improvements.
• Support AI initiatives and domain-specific roadmaps with appropriate governance.
• Use basic SQL for product validation, acceptance testing, and routine data investigation.
