Technical Program manager

Pay Range: $95 - $97/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end program delivery across a defined portfolio.
• Drive planning cadences and attain commitments with confidence, managing risks and trajectory against committed goals.
• Identify and mitigate cross-team dependencies before they become blockers.
• Build and maintain program health reporting (RAID logs, dashboards, status updates) for leadership visibility.
• Facilitate technical and cross-functional discussions to unblock decisions and drive alignment.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 6+ years in technical program/project management.
• Software Development background.
• Strong technical fluency able to engage engineering on architecture and tradeoffs without being the implementer.
• Rigorous execution: structured planning, risk management, and follow-through under ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
• Track record of scaling process or reusable frameworks.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Dragonboat, Slack, and Betterworks (or equivalent PPM/collaboration stacks).
• Fintech knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
