IBM Maximo Lead

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as an IBM Maximo consultant or contractor.

Strong knowledge of IBM Maximo modules (e.g., Work Management, Asset Management, Inventory Management, Procurement).

Strong knowledge of Transportation and Utilities industry solutions and Spatial add-on.

Proficiency in Maximo configuration and customization, including application designer, database configuration, workflow, escalations, security and other supported configuration capabilities.

Experience with Maximo development technologies, including Automation Scripts(python, jython, javascript) and TRM RulesManager(java/javascript).

Solid understanding of SQL and database management systems, including Oracle and SQL Server.

Experience configuring and developing integrations using the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), including Object Structures, Enterprise Services, Publish Channels, REST APIs, integration endpoints, and inbound/outbound message processing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with Maximo upgrades and patching.

Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS).

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting public utilities.

Experience with Maximo Mobile applications and Maximo Application Framework (MAF).

Maximo certifications.

Experience with IBM FileNet.
