Manufacturing Project Manager

A interior fit-out specialist is currently looking for a permanent Manufacturing Project Manager to take ownership of the manufacturing delivery of multiple bespoke joinery projects from contract award through to site handover in Warwickshire.

Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (DOE) + company vehicle or car allowance, pension, laptop and mobile
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

Duties:

• Manage the manufacturing delivery of projects from contract award through to completion
• Develop and manage manufacturing programmes in line with project deadlines
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement and Project Management teams
• Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure manufacturability, working from customer drawings through to manufacturing
• Identify and resolve manufacturing risks before they impact programme
• Attend client meetings, design reviews and site surveys
• Ensure products meet quality standards before dispatch
• Identify commercial risks, variations and additional works
• Provide technical support to installation teams during project delivery
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation

Requirements:

• Experience managing bespoke joinery, interiors or commercial fit-out projects
• Ability to interpret technical drawings (SolidWorks / AutoCAD)
• Strong organisational, planning and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• A full UK Driving Licence
