JOB OBJECTIVE (brief statement of the core job responsibilities to be accomplished):
The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, member communications, and strategic initiatives that drive member growth, engagement, and brand awareness. This role serves as a key liaison between Marketing, Business Development, Retail Operations, Community Relations, Compliance, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with brand and regulatory standards. The position combines marketing project management, marketing operations, digital marketing support, and administrative coordination.

DIMENSIONS

Supports multiple departments, Marketing, Branches, Business Development and Community Relations. Concurrent management of 8-10 complex projects and 6-8 less complex projects to support a $3.5 billion credit union with more than 200,000 members. Management of projects, events or campaigns with budgets up to $50,000. Collaborates with department management, branch staff, and call center, as well as multiple external vendors. Manages complex projects that have impact on brand and member growth, member service and credit union profitability.

Supports setup and execution of digital content initiatives
Responsible for managing the coordination and production of Monthly Member Statement Advertising
Responsible for managing project or event resources: employees, vendors, equipment and facilities. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Marketing.

NATURE & SCOPE: (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly tasks, duties and responsibilities):
Provide direct support to Senior Manager, Marketing; as well as marketing, community relations and Business Development staff. Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and member communications. Develop and maintain project timelines, marketing calendars, schedules, and status reports. Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support campaign execution. Provide operational and administrative support for the marketing department. Coordinate department meetings, documentation, approvals, budgets, invoices, and purchase requests. Maintain marketing asset libraries, project records, and workflow systems. Manage inventory, ordering, fulfillment, and distribution of marketing materials to branches and business units. Support website content updates, email marketing campaigns, digital communications, and online promotions.

Assist with content creation, proofreading, and quality assurance for member-facing materials. Coordinate monthly member statement messaging and related communications. Monitor campaign results and prepare performance reports and recommendations. Serve as a liaison between marketing, business units, agencies, printers, and service providers. Coordinate project deliverables, approvals, timelines, and production activities. Support community events, sponsorships, and business development initiatives as needed. Other Education, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, marketing operations, or financial services marketing. Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills. Excellent written, verbal, editing, and proofreading abilities. Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, content management systems, email marketing platforms, and project management software.

Knowledge of digital marketing channels, marketing analytics, and marketing compliance requirements preferred. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
(major responsibilities of the position):
Coordinate marketing campaigns and projects from planning through execution. Support marketing operations, workflows, budgets, and administrative processes. Manage collateral fulfillment, branch merchandising coordination, vendor coordination, and department communications.

Maintain marketing calendars, reports, and campaign performance metrics. Ensure marketing activities meet quality, brand, compliance, and service standards. Deliver exceptional support to internal business partners and contribute to a positive member experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS ( sitting, walking, climbing, lifting, etc.)
Ability to tolerate periods of continuous sitting; ability to operate and utilize a personal computer and peripherals. ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
(indoors, outdoors, desk, etc.)
Work requires concentrated mental attention and focus.

Work is primarily within a cubicle office setting subject to conversational noise and interruptions found in that environment.

Note: Staff is expected to perform various tasks, projects, and administrative duties as assigned.
