Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 7+ years • Total Compensation: $278k+ yearly Job Description: • Build and develop artificial intelligence models, tuning input and model parameters for reliability and accuracy. • Develop machine learning, data mining, statistical, and graph-based algorithms to process and analyze large datasets. • Prototype and evaluate multiple algorithms, selecting final production models based on rigorous performance metrics. • Design experiments and generate synthetic data to train models when baseline datasets are unavailable. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate manual workflows into automated analytic processes. • Implement prototype algorithms within production software frameworks for integration into operational workflows. • Leverage software development expertise using Python, R, or MATLAB to deliver robust algorithm pipelines.
