Taking part in the Discovery Phase to establish project scope, objectives, risks, constraints, and high-level timelines. Developing and maintain project plans, milestones, resource allocations, and risk logs. Closely collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, align expectations, and ensure a shared understanding of desired outcomes. Identifying opportunities to refine processes, improve team dynamics, and enhance delivery outcomes. Promoting an environmentof collaboration, transparency and high-quality communication. Championingagile ways of working and help mature agile capability across the organisation. Building strong, positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers. What are they looking for? Experience working inanagile project environment is highly desirable.
