Sales Trainer

Bio-Techne seeks an experienced Sales Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for global commercial teams. The role involves creating onboarding materials, facilitating workshops, and partnering with sales leadership to align learning initiatives with business objectives.

Responsibilities
Design and implement sales training programs including onboarding and ongoing coaching materials
Develop training content such as manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules
Facilitate onboarding sessions, product trainings, and advanced skills workshops virtually and in-person
Partner with sales leadership to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
Serve as subject matter expert on sales methodology and performance management coaching
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in scientific field or business administration
5+ years of sales experience
Proven background in sales training, learning & development, or enablement
Knowledge of sales methodologies and enablement tools
Proficiency with learning management systems and authoring tools
Strong facilitation and communication skills with data analysis capabilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment
Compensation:
$100,800.00 - $165,600.00
