The Role • Support store management in daily operations and contribute significantly to store performance. • Assist with personnel responsibilities including scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding new team members. • Share responsibility for optimizing sales strategies for a constantly changing product assortment. • Oversee store presentation, managing ordering processes, and ensuring adherence to display guidelines. • Collaborate with store leadership to discuss results and future store development.
