The Role

• Support store management in daily operations and contribute significantly to store performance.
• Assist with personnel responsibilities including scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding new team members.
• Share responsibility for optimizing sales strategies for a constantly changing product assortment.
• Oversee store presentation, managing ordering processes, and ensuring adherence to display guidelines.
• Collaborate with store leadership to discuss results and future store development.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of responsibility.
• Availability to work 5 days a week, including regular weekends and evenings.
• Strong communication skills to motivate the store team and provide constructive feedback.
• Willingness to complete an 8-week comprehensive training program.
