The Role

• Support store management in daily operations and contribute significantly to the store's success.
• Assist with team planning, recruitment, and onboarding of new employees.
• Share responsibility for the effective sales management of a diverse and changing product assortment.
• Oversee store appearance, including ordering processes, adherence to presentation guidelines, and daily tasks.
• Collaborate with store management to discuss performance and store development.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, ideally with prior experience in a similar retail role.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a high level of responsibility.
• Availability to work 5 days a week, including regular weekends and evenings.
• Strong communication skills to motivate the store team and provide constructive feedback.
• Willingness to complete an 8-week training program in a designated training store.
