SAP SuccessFactor Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management.
• Configure Position Management, Data Models, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reason Derivation and RBP.
• Configure and support Time Off, including leave types, accruals, holiday calendars and work schedules.
• Experience with PMGM, Recruiting, Onboarding and Compensation is desirable.
• Support integrations, data migration, Integration Center and downstream payroll systems.
• Perform incident, problem and change management, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Participate in quarterly release testing and system enhancements.
• Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis and solution discussions with business stakeholders.
• Prepare functional/technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills.
