Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Claims lifecycle
    • Billing and Accounts Receivable
    • Denials Management
    • Payment Posting
    • Inventory Management
    • Productivity Reporting
    • Workforce Planning concepts
  • SQL expertise including:
    • Complex joins
    • CTEs
    • Window functions
    • Stored procedures
    • Query optimization
    • Data validation and reconciliation
  • Experience working with large healthcare datasets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience creating business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
