Salary Range:$150k-$200k Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Program and Data Analytics SETA to support Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) activities. In this role the Program & Data Analytics SETA is responsible for providing critical project management and data/analytics support for the Civil Reserve Manufacturing Network (CRMN).
This role requires a strategic approach to managing performer teams developing digital infrastructure—specifically the CRMN Registry and Manufacturing Compatibility Index (MCI)—and leading a pilot conversion exercise to validate these tools within a defense contracting context.
Responsibilities: Product Development • Oversee performers developing digital tools for manufacturing and supply-chain analysis.
- Translate mission needs into product requirements, priorities, and development plans.
- Track progress, review deliverables, and identify risks or performance issues.
- Create initial workflows, wireframes, and product mockups.
- Coordinate user testing and incorporate feedback into product improvements. Data Integration and Analysis • Coordinate with related data and digital initiatives across the government.
- Identify and assess government, commercial, and performer-provided data sources.
- Support data integration, common standards, interoperability, and data sharing.
- Evaluate data quality, availability, ownership, and use restrictions.
- Develop initial analyses of manufacturing capacity, supply-chain risks, and production opportunities. Dashboards and Decision Support • Build Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Develop prototypes that demonstrate proposed product features and uses.
- Turn complex data into clear insights for program managers and senior leaders.
- Document assumptions, data limitations, and analytical findings.
- Prepare briefings and other decision-support materials.
- Support industrial mobilization exercises, demonstrations, and pilot activities.
- Use digital tools and data to identify and assess potential manufacturing capabilities.
- Develop evaluation criteria, data-collection plans, and after-action findings.
- Track schedules, milestones, risks, actions, and performer deliverables.
- Coordinate across government, industry, acquisition, and technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications
- Experience managing digital product or software development.
- Strong project-management and performer-oversight skills.
- Experience building Power BI dashboards and data visualizations.
- Ability to analyze data and communicate useful initial insights.
- Experience developing wireframes, mockups, or prototypes.
- Understanding of data architecture, integration, quality, and governance.
- Familiarity with government acquisition and contracting.
- Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder-coordination skills. Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of defense and commercial manufacturing.
- Familiarity with industrial mobilization, supply chains, or production-capacity analysis.
- Experience integrating data across government organizations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, Python, APIs, or cloud data environments.
- Understanding of government data rights, cybersecurity, licensing, and information-sharing requirements.
