We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of Loan Officers. Sales Manager - Our Mutual of Omaha Mortgage Sales Managers are responsible for managing assigned team of Loan Originators, and prospecting provided quality lead sources to obtain mortgage applications.

Sales Managers will work closely with their Loan Originators and processing teams to ensure all documentation is obtained as the loan moves through the process to closing. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, have the drive and desire to succeed in a fast paced sales environment, and utilize strong time management skills with impeccable attention to detail. This is considered an inside sales management position. Support focused management to help grow your business and maximize your income
Sales managers earn on average $250,000 with elite Sales Managers earnings upwards of $500,000!

Review existing pipelines daily to expedite the loan process
Provide coaching to team members; Provide support to team of Loan Originators to help increase their personal and production goals
Provide assistance and correspondence to all departments on all loan applications
Contact borrowers to assist team with collecting required documents
Minimum 3 years recent experience as a Mortgage Sales Manager or Loan Originator with proven production history
