- Establish and manage multiple project deliverables, communicate project and program vision, and ensure IT resources are aligned properly.
- Maintain project budgets and schedules, and manage resource levels to achieve project success.
- Utilize both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, driving technical and functional teams to complete critical-path business requirements in a timely fashion.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans when deviations from budgets and/or schedules are evident.
- Develop and manage short- and long-term program roadmaps.
- Prioritize work on projects and programs based on business need and IT capability.

- Facilitate the vendor selection process and manage vendor relationships.
- Maintain a high level of organization and planning while communicating with stakeholders to meet timelines and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Regularly identify risks and communicate project health to senior leadership.
- Identify and direct changes through appropriate review and approval mechanisms.
- Resolve most conflicts between timeline, budget, and scope independently, escalating complex issues to portfolio management as needed.
- Look for process definition and improvement opportunities, and lead others in adhering to and improving existing IT processes.
- Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to changing or ambiguous work situations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of ten (10) years of IT experience.
