Job Title: Product Manager - Remote / Telecommute

Job Location: Saint Louis, MO

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: $62.00hr - $67.00hr

Must Have Skills:

• Manage, oversee, and optimize the product lifecycle using Aha! (roadmaps, releases, features, dependencies, and workflows).
• Drive process improvements across the product development lifecycle to improve time-to-market and product quality.
• Partner with Engineering Operations to monitor and improve site performance, reliability, and performance metrics.

Good To have Skills:

• Define and enforce product development standards and success criteria.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure product pods are completing cross-functional planning: road mapping, scoping and prioritization alignment.
• Lead governance for feature milestones, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
• Develop and maintain documentation for product processes, playbooks, and handoffs.
• Drive adoption of best practices in agile, product ops, and tool governance.
• Support training and onboarding for team members on Aha! and product processes.
• Contribute to incident response and post-mortems for product/services outages affecting sites.
