Product Owner I

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst for a contract position with a Major Financial Institution located in Dallas, TX, Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Denver, CO, or Phoenix, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
We are seeking a Product Owner to assist in leading product planning, prioritization, and delivery coordination for enterprise AI capabilities across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, connectors, and governed business automation. This role will partner with business stakeholders, architecture, engineering, security, data, and operations teams to define use cases, manage backlogs, and drive adoption of AI capabilities that deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders, architecture, engineering, security, data, and operations teams to define use cases
• Manage product backlogs and drive adoption of AI capabilities
• Create and run meetings with stakeholders and keep the process moving
• Gather requirements and conduct data mapping exercises

Requirements:

• Business Analysis or Product Owner experience in enterprise platforms, digital workplace, automation, or AI-enabled programs
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, enterprise search, and connector-based architectures
• Strong communication, executive presentation, and cross-functional coordination skills
• Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, and requirements documentation
• Experience working with Power BI Dashboards and SharePoint
• Must be well organized with the ability to schedule and run meetings with stakeholders

Desired skills:

• Experience with enterprise AI governance, prompt/agent lifecycle, or data access enablement
• Financial services or regulated industry experience
• Exposure to reporting and measurement of product adoption and business outcomes

Pay range: $28.81 - $36.81 per hour
