About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for MBA graduates who are eager to build a career in business development and sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and contributing to the company's revenue growth through effective relationship building and consultative selling.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold outreach, and lead generation activities.
  • Engage with prospective corporate clients to understand their business needs and present the company's products and services effectively.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to create long-term business opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation initiatives and maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new growth opportunities.


Job Requirements


Education

  • MBA from a reputed university or business school.


Experience

  • Fresh graduates with 1-2 internships in Business Development/Sales/Marketing or related functions are encouraged to apply.


Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
